SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.


FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select orders or during special events. Any current offers will be displayed on our website or at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 business days, please contact us at social@goredcosmetics.com for assistance.


SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to most countries.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Go Red Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Go Red Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to social@goredcosmetics.com and we will do our best to assist you.


ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at social@goredcosmetics.com with your order number and correct address.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes or cancellations can be made.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at social@goredcosmetics.com with photos of the packaging and product(s). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


PRE-ORDERS OR LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
For any products marked as “pre-order” or “limited edition,” estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description. Please note that these are approximate and may be updated based on availability.
